Supreme Court and Contraception: Voters in Battleground States Express Alarm

In a recent poll of voters across the seven battleground presidential states, we find that a majority of voters (52%) express concern that the Supreme Court will overturn the constitutional right to contraception in the next few years while 44% say they are not concerned. Democrats (93% concerned), women (60%), young voters under 35 (57%), Black voters (75%), and those who live in urban (60%) and suburban (53%) areas express the most worry about the Court taking this right away.
Results for this question come from a survey of 3,752 voters in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin conducted from October 9th through 13th, 2024.
